Our Return Window
We gladly accept return requests within 7 days from the date your package is delivered. To help us process your request smoothly, please reach out to us within this timeframe, as we are unable to accept requests after 7 days.

To Eligible for a Return:
Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags completely intact.
Custom Pieces: Because custom-made or personalized items are crafted uniquely for you, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect your purchase and help us verify any issues, we kindly request that you record a continuous, unedited video from the exact moment you receive and open your package.
*   The video must clearly show the shipping label and the fully sealed package before opening. 
*   This step is mandatory for all returns, and we won't be able to process an approval without it. Thank you for your understanding!

Final Review: Please note that the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any return and refund request remains at the sole discretion of The Raavira management.

Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered entirely by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Your Refund: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund through an appropriate payment method chosen by our management team to ensure you receive your funds swiftly.
